As an associate in the Medical Malpractice Group, Morgan’s practice focuses primarily on defending hospitals, nurses, and other hospital employees. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, she worked at a distinguished local defense firm defending physicians, dentists, and hospitals against malpractice suits. Morgan also has experience in general liability, construction defect, and products liability law. Prior to attending law school, Morgan was a fundraiser in the finance department for the California Democratic Party, and continues to be actively involved in state and local politics.

In a recent case, Morgan defended a local hospital and obtained terminating sanctions against a plaintiff, which resulted in her client being dismissed from the lawsuit.

Morgan enjoys working with her clients. "I have the utmost respect for health care providers. Each day they dedicate themselves to helping others. It is so fulfilling to guide them through the legal process and successfully represent them."

In her free time, Morgan enjoys running, attending Los Angeles team sporting events (especially UCLA), learning to golf, and spending time with family and friends.
