Scott B. McFall

As the partner heading up the Medical Malpractice Group, Scott has 40 years of experience in defending medical professionals and hospitals. He also has extensive experience in general liability and government entity litigation. Scott has represented individuals, businesses and entities in a variety of cases, including medical malpractice, emergency medicine, nursing home defense, and wrongful death.

Scott stresses personal service on demand. His emphasis on the importance of personal relationships and client satisfaction leads many of our hospital risk managers to call our firm instead of their own in-house attorneys for consultation of an issue. In working with the hospitals directly, Scott investigates claims prior to litigation tackling potential problems early on and minimizing the potential for a matter to develop into a lawsuit.
